Terms  And Conditions 

 

All valeting and detailing packages offered by Oh My Gloss Ltd are designed to restore vehicles to factory standard or better, subject to the package selected. Each package is priced and structured according to the level of service, time, and products required.

It is the responsibility of the customer to select an appropriate package that accurately reflects the current condition of their vehicle. Lower-priced or entry-level packages are not intended to address excessive soiling, neglect, or contamination. Where, in the opinion of OhMyGloss, the selected package is unsuitable for the condition of the vehicle, the Company reserves the right to:

Personal Belongings & Clear Vehicle Policy

  • Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment, including the boot, door pockets, glovebox, centre console, seat pockets and child seats.

  • We do not handle or store customer property. Any items left in the vehicle remain at the owner’s risk.

  • Oh My Gloss Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle before, during or after the service.

  • Areas containing belongings will not be cleaned. If the boot or other areas are filled with items, those sections will be skipped.

  • For safety reasons, child seats must be removed and refitted by the owner—we won’t refit them.

  • If items prevent access, we may limit the service to accessible areas or advise rebooking once the vehicle is emptied.

Refuse to carry out the service booked; or

Recommend and/or require an upgrade to a higher-level package at additional cost in order to complete the work to the advertised standard.

The Company provides comprehensive cleaning services only and does not undertake partial or incomplete work where the selected package is insufficient to achieve a satisfactory result.

Pre-Inspection:

All vehicles are visually inspected before work begins. OhMyGloss accepts no responsibility for existing damage such as dents, scratches, or defects.

Customer Disclosure:

Customers must declare any known damage or prior paintwork before cleaning. We are not liable for issues caused by poorly applied resprays or unprotected surfaces.

Paintwork & Resprays:

We are not responsible for flaking paint, especially on resprayed or lacquer-free panels, unless disclosed beforehand.

Weather Conditions:

If poor weather affects service quality, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

Cancellations:

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.

If cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, OhMyGloss reserves the right to charge 50% of the total booking cost to cover time, fuel, and loss of earnings.

Vehicle Movement:

Vehicles will not be moved without the owner's permission. Unsafe environments may require the owner to move the vehicle.

Delays:

We aim to provide a reliable service. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Damage Liability:

If we cause damage, we may offer to repair it or provide reasonable compensation. We are not liable for:

Damage by third parties

Natural disasters

Government operations

Consequential loss

Pre-existing or undisclosed vehicle faults

Insurance:

Vehicle insurance is your responsibility at all times.

Payments:

Full payment is due upon completion. Prices are based on the current price list. Keys may be withheld until payment is made.

Size Guide:

Vehicle classification is at our discretion. 

Key Responsibility:

We are not liable for lost or locked-in keys. Please ensure you have a spare set.

Engine Bay Cleaning:

Please disclose any alarms, immobilisers, or sensitive electronics before engine cleaning.

Reassembly:

We do not reinstall items such as child seats after cleaning.

Product Safety:

Some products may be slippery when dry. Customers must follow all safety warnings.

Customer Liability:

Customers are liable for any injury or loss suffered by our staff due to hazards or defects in the vehicle.

Public Liability:

We maintain public liability insurance that meets professional site requirements.

 

Definitions:

"We" / "Us" = OhMyGlossLTD

"You" = The customer

"Vehicle" = Any car, van, motorbike, etc.

"Service" = The package chosen by the customer

"Price List" = Current pricing listed on our website
